The DTE Energy Multifamily Program is an energy efficiency initiative designed to help multifamily buildings reduce energy usage and costs.
By installing free energy-saving upgrades,* tenants and owners can save money on utility bills, increase comfort levels and contribute to a more environmentally friendly living space. Owners can also receive incentives when they upgrade to qualifying, energy-efficient equipment, such as HVAC, lighting and water heating, at their property.
*Energy-saving products installed are dependent upon your DTE Energy account type and eligibility. Incentives are available while funds last.
The DTE Energy Multifamily Program is for multifamily property managers and owners. Multifamily properties typically participating in the program include apartments, cooperative housing, condominiums, senior living facilities and dormitories.
