MV-Web Detailed Usage Data Program
DTE Electric’s MV-Web Detailed Usage Data program (MV-Web) provides large commercial and industrial customers with online access to load profile usage data. This helps assist in energy management and creates usage and cost efficiencies.

Program Overview
The MV-Web program provides authorized DTE Electric customers with online access to usage data. Within this program, users can use analytic tools to view load data, as shown in 30-minute increments. They can also create graphs and tables that help them easily visualize data, as well as export detailed custom reports.

NOTE: Load profile usage is only available in areas with program-supported meters.

Register
DTE Electric customers who want to use the MV-Web program must complete an MV-Web Registration Form. Please submit the completed form to mvweb@dteenergy.com or fax to 313.235.3700.

Our Support Center will process the form and release the MV-Web User IDs and Passwords to the DTE Electric customer account holder. The account holder is responsible for providing the User IDs and Passwords to other invested parties, such as Alternative Electric Suppliers and Marketers.
